The Adelante Movement, founded by Nely Galan, is a grassroots movement that aims to unite and empower Latinas economically. We will connect Latinas and their families to jobs, start-up funding, franchise and entrepreneurial opportunities, and mentorship—with the goal of encouraging Latinas to mobilize collectively by playing a leading role in American society, economics and politics. The Adelante Movement will help Latinas to become an integral part of the national conversation, so that they can provide their children with the future they deserve, as a rightful part of this country.
